Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, public holidays, high-demand periods, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your tracking information does not update immediately, please allow a few business days for the courier system to refresh.
