At Packing Project, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy before purchasing.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Approved by us before being returned

To start a return, please contact us at support@packingproject.com with your order number and reason for return.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns:

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at support@packingproject.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Items that have been used
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned without approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process the refund.
