Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

New Zealand: 7–15 business days  
Australia: 7–15 business days  

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, courier delays, public holidays, high-demand periods, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow a few business days for the courier system to refresh.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at packingproject2026@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where required.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items not in their original condition or packaging

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
